no im not running propane when it dies. Yes ive done a fuel pressure test and everthing is working fine. Running staight diesel and i do leave it in gear and let it coast to die. The e fuel pump is an airtex.

We have by-passed the selector valve, mechanical pump and the water separator is new. We put a new front tank in it to see if that was the problem before we went ahead and switched the rear but the problem happened still.

We mounted the pump on the frame before the selector valve, we havent tried removing the filter, but we have taken it apart and cleaned it. We installed a new tank as well.
What kind of problems did you have with the O-rings? Was yours dying and blowing white smoke like I said mine was? or is that another different problem?
