1. This is freaking sweet
2. Is your system mounted in a truck bed tool box?(little function/forum)
3. How often is your switch #2 on?
4. Do you monitor cylinder head temps at all?
5. Intercooler piping route is interesting
6. Nice sheet metal work on the intake/battery box

Very nice set up to support higher boost levels safely. The high boost Grand National crowd refers to water methanol injection as "free octane": maybe you should call your set up "free cetane"

Just wondering: who bent your intercooler piping and what diameter is it? They look very nice, getting ready to do an intercooler in my PSD and all I can say is if I was a set of pipes, that's what I'd want to look like ;Sweet

1. Thanks
2sure is I couldn't think of a better place to make fueling accessible. Protect electronics from the elements and hide it all. I also included the full toolbox veiw for that reason I have 2 toolboxes various fluids spare belt, rad hoses straps a full set of injection hard lines etc all in the toolbox
3. Whenever I get the urge for more power. Honestly not that often as i dont drove my truck much and never pull anything. So its basically reserved to 4th or 5th gear because those are the only 2 gears I ever make above 7psi long enough to even think about using it. And even in 5th it's hard to stay below 85 mph with it on. She really likes to run with water **** on. So it is a ton of fun but keeping local speed limits in mind is hard.
4. By monitor cylinder head temps do you mean coolant temp or egt I Monitor both
5. Thanks its hypermax based but reconfigured to work with the stage 1 drop in turbo
6. That is justin from r&d handiwork it comes with the cold air intake.

It's a hypermax based kit that I had to rework the piping to play nice with the stage 1 drop in turbo.
It's small. 2.25"
If your going to intercool something buy a ebay piping kit ~$100 2.5" or 3" and a cxracing 31x12x3 cooler or a 7.3 super duty cooler and intercool for under $300

@03wr250f how do you like the progessive controller so far? You had just an on/off switch before, right?

I absolutely love it. I did have a on off switch set to 7 psi before

Way softer delivery and very smooth. Still get full pump flow like I did before but at higher boost where the motor can handle it much easier
Bummer thing is it's less of a nos "hit" where it throws you back in the seat like it would with the old setup but I can change it to full on at 7psi like the old one if I so choose
And I even went from a 8gph to a 12gph nozzle when i went to the progressive controller.
All around way better. Well worth the $150
