Will Not Start
Here's whats happening. I changed the IP and have bled all the lines. Tighten down the lines and it wont start. Drain my batteries trying. Get the charger out and cherge it and still wont It seems like the starter it is drawing to much power? The batteries are good I charge them and crank...- 84ord

What would be the cause of loosing your prime? I seems like whenever I get all the air out wait awhile theres more again- 84ord

dead pump?
It drips at the end of the line before the injector.- 84ord

dead pump?
No matter what I do I dont have any pressure in the fuel lines they just drip. What shoud I do? Its a new pump is it defected?- 84ord

Air Headache
I Changed my IP and am having a reall nasty time getting the air out before the pump. I was told to bypass the secondary fuel filter so I did but still have problems. Any tips?- 84ord

Hey guys Ive been having the same problem. I would use 1/2 Gallon every 2nd fueling except i did notice that on the driver side valve cover a leak but didnt think anything because there was no evidence on the ground. I realized that it was all being burned on the maifold. Solved that problem!- 84ord

Thanks guys for the help. Got a pump from dieselcare hope it all works out Also thought about gettin that 6.9l from that bus off of ebay: :rolleyes:- 84ord

oops!!
Changing the IP and couldnt figure it out without taking off the gear housing. After I took it off I squeezed it by the water return to get a peek and it was to late. I for sure moved the timing gear. Now what? Any thoughts? If Im not mistaken I have to turn it till I find the punch mark...- 84ord
