Would love to get those lights for mine...
Makes a whole lot of us :D ...unfortunately, I did some in-depth research into this a few years ago, and those assemblies are extremely difficult to find even in Australia...and, if you can find one, be prepared to pay out the nose for one!

If you can find a more readily available source, a whole bunch of people would be very grateful ;Sweet

That makes for one amazing front end!

I'd love to try something like that. Maybe some experimenting is in order? :D Break out the Dremel!

I saved the picture of that first one. Thats definately my least favorite 80-98 ford.... But those headlights are a 100% better look!

Hey No Spark, there must be something wrong with my computer: all the steerin' wheels are on the wrong side in those pictures :D

Very cool "mod", wish it was available closer that Australia.

Lots of cool big truck stuff down under. The guys up at Paccar were showing me some of the class 8's that they build for down there. 80% of Australia's roads are unpaved, and when you combine that with the 80 ton loads they pull very commonly, you get some pretty beefy Aussie trucks ;Sweet

You would think that they have some junk yards down there that would ship to the united states

I just wonder if they have enough adjustability to be redirected the right way. Some RHD lenses can, but most cannot.

IIRC those lights are like the old 79 ford truck square lights...in buckets...that are aimed.

One would need to get N American bulbs installed and you would likely be golden...

I have a friend going to Australia soon, I'll see if she can get me some Salvage/recycling yard #'s for me...:D She's a sweetheart of a girl...great friend and would have np looking in a phone book...

I was wondering about using 78/79 square buckets, and bulbs and fabbing them into our stupid looking trucks....

On another note, I've been riding with Superwifey in her 90 F150 and sitting on Pass side there is considerably less foot room on the floor so I wonder do those RH drive rides, have the trans offset to the other side, I don't think so personally so in all likely hood it would be very very tight for foot work!...

Just sayin!

I guess I'm the odd man out. I prefer our style honestly. I would like to convert my headlights to a jewel-beam with clear lenses and HID's. That would be a great look, IMHO.

these lights are designed to be replaced quickly and cheaply. rock bash your light? no need to buy a whole new assembly and take awhile to replace it. now you just unbolt the sealed beam and swap in a new one..

makes it harder to change light bulbs when they go out unless there is access from behind and these are actually not true sealed beams but housings.
