Coolant filter install idea...seeking yer thoughts...

Yup, I moved it to the fender well near the starter solenoid. Made a plate to bolt to the fender and then bolted the filter head to that.

K this is off topic...anyone whom has a Carrier can you please give me height/diameter dimensions please?

Back on topic, I'm still thinking of angle iron mount of stock fuel filter head.....damn you gary..where is that info on PS fuel filter setup...

iave one on the scout as a bypass. on my powerstroke i was in a hurry and just tapped it in line with the feed heatercore hose. i think it causes too much restriction at idle though. the truck will rech temp at idle and there will be NO HEAT untill i get the rpms up a little while driving.

Don't have the diameter, but the height is 7.09 inches per this diagram.
