Well maybe since it took them a week to ship my injectors I'll get some nice new Canadian delphi's in a nice new box. Not some greasy bag from an Iowa.

Yep, I actually called the number they supply to report missing or lost items. The number I called was 1-866-277-6855. But there is also another number on my sales slip for my Injection Pump to contact customer service, 1-800-269-6737.
I'm not sure why they emailed me actually as they were supposed to call my home.
The address that I received that email from was: [email protected]
It seems he is the sales manager for the website. I would give the phone numbers a try before shooting an email myself though. Shocking to get someone on the phone right off the bat these days rather than weaving through 10 minutes of automated phone garbage. Good luck guys!

I got my pump and all the seals for the oil cooler. All nicely packaged too. And I was the first to order a pump, so you that already got yours should feel lucky!

well, got one small complaint, i got one injector that is the Black sheep. it has a corboned up tip and pops off at 1800 instead of 1950 like the other 7 did. my thought is that someone needed a tip and sawpped the tip from the rebuild to the one they wanted. gonna call them and see whats up, and se if i can exchange it

I would say its used, if it sprays good then just have it shimmed to match the others, no need to be so picky man you paid like 6 dollars for it come on

got my rebuilt IP today. the box looked like someone went bowling with it but the pump inside looks good.
has a tag on it from "Diesel Logic" like a rebuild tag.

I see from checking the UHAUL store that my IP, the one thing I am still waiting for (received injectors, glow plugs, and some minor other parts) is now in transit. So far everything I've received has looked excellent, so let's hope the IP arrives that way, too.

Got the bulk of my order today...two t-stats (in international boxes), two t-stat gaskets (in ford packages), one of the two tach sendors (in ford package), some of my oil cooler o-rings, all the oil cooler gaskets and not ONE or TWO but THREE of the ONE vacuum pumps i ordered...yes i said THREE. I only ordered one but they sent me three...all in A-1 Cardone boxes with reman stamps on em. Guess ill have enough spares for the life of my truck.

I've ran into some quality issues in the past with A-1 Cardone parts. So your spares may not last you as long as you think.
But hopefully my bad experience with them were just more of my wonderful luck!

at my shop i call cardone hey juan do it again referring to the mexicans that just keep rebuilding these things for their lifetime warrenty.
i'm hydrostopped and only have a electric vacuum pump for my hvac controls. best mod i've done to the truck other than putting a diesel in it.
