A well used set of glo-plugs wrapped in a shop paper towel...WTH??

I guess I will have to send Frank an e-mail...

Am I asking to much that these parts be unused??

Wow i wish i woulda seen this sooner i got new injectors but im needing a new injection pump for mine bad and that was a good price!

Now that i look closer there are still some pumps on there but one says it will work on a 88-90 and the other on a 93-95, are either of these the same as or would work on my 92?

Yup from the looks of it they still have them..

It looks like all the members are getting turbo injection pumps. you should have no problem running one in your 92.

You think they would have at the very least cleaned them off with solvent...

my tips were discolored just like that but the threads and everything was immaculate no dents or dirt or scratches at all.

Those glow plugs are a little dirty, but the tips don't look like they have been that well used in my opinion...

Thos have not been used, they are just dirty

Yea I don't think those have been used. Mine look similar but not quite as dirty. Your lucky yours were in a shop towel. Mine were just chucked in a greasy plastic bag.

Did yours come from Council Bluffs, Iowa?

Frank is really good about getting back to you, I'm sending the injectors I got back and he is refunding shipping both ways.

Every brand new plug you buy has discolored tips, or atleast all the ones i have ever bought, i got 2 sets of bosch staring me in the face and they have discolored tips, the dirt is just from the storage

I'd be more worried about the buggered up threads I see on a few of those.

True. i'm sure the discoloration comes from a test they do to insure product quality.

I bought one for my wife's car saturday. It was also discolored. My concern was more about the threads being buggered and dirty. I just tested them and they all (9) tested 0.5 ohms or so. I ordered 8, so I guess they felt bad about 'em being dirty and threw in an extra!

My IP has shipped, but the injectors still show "have not shipped".

Already sent the e-mail to Frank...
