The 90 in my Sig line is for sale.
I'm the fourth owner, the first two had the selling dealership in
Crystal River FL do all the maintenance and the first one traded it in
which is where the second owner bought it from. Second owner did a bad
paint job, then got too old to drive, so it sat until the guy I bought
from got it. He owns the service that did the old guys lawn. He
thought it would make a good father and son project, he was a OB
member, and had the work done right. Unfortunately for him, before he
figured out that his kid wasn't interested, he replaced/repaired a
bunch of things, so he lost money on it too... I've got all the
paperwork including the window sticker and owners manual. He repaired
/replaced: lift pump, AC components, window motors, power locks, tank
valve, brakes, glow plugs, fast idle solenoid and a bunch I'm probably
forgetting. I've done a lot as well, Radius arm bushings, blower
motor, fan, resistor, heater core which is now leaking, so it's
bypassed. it's hard to get quality parts... New, uninstalled positive
battery cable, new headlight switch, housings and bulbs, water pump,
coolant check and flush, wiper switch, 3g alternator conversion, new
belts, glow plug relay and controller, 35 gallon bed tank connected to
the front tank with solenoid and pump with a switch in cab, abs bed
liner, used 2012 ARE super duty aluminum commercial cap which is not
an exact fit but serves the purpose, Firestone Transforce H/T highway
tires with just a few thousand miles on them, front brake hoses, drive
shaft u-joints, TPS (FLPIS), full tranny service w/filter and
synthetic fluid, bunch of other stuff I'm forgetting. It's got a 4"
Diamond eye aluminized exhaust w/ muffler, Banks downpipe, the dp up
pipe xover and Ypipe are thermo wrapped and coated, factory 093 turbo
kit, IP and injectors, new return lines, three gauge pillar pod wired
for AutoMeter Z series coolant temp, trans temp, oil pressure, dash
pod w/ EGT and boost, small digital voltage meter located near the OD
switch, recent oil change and fuel filter. The bed is a beat up and
has a hole in the floor but is otherwise serviceable, especially when
you consider the liner. The cab has some deep rust at the top of the
passenger A pillar and a few other places as well, I may repair this
if time allows. Other than the cab/bed rust, for a 28 year old truck,
it's pretty straight. The frame is straight and quite clean with some
light surface rust in some areas. The window rubbers are in need of
replacing(Florida sun) and the driver's side door panel is hurting,
driver's side seat is worn through in the typical spot, dash is faded
but otherwise ok, rear seat is excellent, bumpers are slightly tweaked
but not dented. With the current setup the truck runs great and is
dead nuts reliable, I'd drive it anywhere with or without my 30ft RV.
If I drive like it's not turbocharged, it gets 21ish mpg and 9-11
pulling the 10k rig. When I did the turbo conversion, I replaced the
original IP with a baby moose and injectors from Conastoga and a
rebuilt 60-1 turbo from typ4 Russ. Those parts are now installed on
my '94, Raylan. On the truck now are the parts that I pulled from the
130,000mi. '94 4x4 IDIT, Raylan that I bought in Colorado and drove to
Wes's shop in Texas. Wes pop tested the injectors and they are good to
go, being well within spec. The factory turbo IP and turbo are in
excellent condition as well. I'm leaving the Diamond eye exhaust. I've
been using the truck with the current set up as a daily driver, while
sorting out the new transmission in Raylan. I've done a few 3-4 hour
highway trips as well as the normal around town stuff. I wouldn't
hesitate to drive it cross country with or without our 10k RV. I paid
$3600 for Diego about 2.5 years ago as an NA truck. I've dumped
buckets of money in to it and I'd prefer not to add it up! I'm trying
to decide how best to sell it. I don't know about you, but I always
loose money selling "hotrods" that I've put together. I needed gauges
for the new truck, but that's an easy $500. I pulled the gauges to
install in Raylan, so I had to leave the boost at stock. Sucks from a
sales stand point, but the last thing I'd want would be the new owner
cooking the engine due to the lack of a EGT gauge... Mechanically,
it's rock dependable. There's a few things that still need attention,
the rear fuel tank gauge has never worked, the passenger side window
is not moving which i think is a wiring issue since the ignition
switch has started giving me problems - I've got to jiggle the wheel
to get it to start and it needs batteries. unfortunately, last month a
old lady smacked in to the truck while I was turning. Hit me just in
front of the rear wheel and clipped the new Transforce tire enough
rupture the side wall and put a nasty dent in the bed. other than
ruing a new tire and the dent, it had no functional effect. It needs a
boost gauge and pyrometer so that you can crank the boost back up to
12# which is where I had it at previously. It's a running machine, I'm
asking $4500 pictures to follow.

The above pictures are about two years old. I'll get a few of the damage to the bed and of the rust latter today as time allows...

BTW not me in the picture, that's my wife's sister and boyfriend in the picture when they were visiting from Europe.
