No, they do not. Nor do they want to hear from any of us. Dont even bother. If you dont have it ****** or strokin then they dont care.
I know its harsh, but its true. Try calling them on a bad day, I actually had one of them yell at me on 2 different occasions. Cant remember what his name was off hand, but he's a jerk.

Hey guys, thanks to all who offered help. I made about a dozen calls and tracked down the company that bought all the production rights to the ATS turbo kits for our trucks. Guess what, they either HAVE, or CAN GET everything for the kits aside from the turbo itself and the intake seal (which I already have made, and they may be purchasing from me). They said some of the stuff is really hard to get but they can get pretty much everything.
I still dont know what the name is entirely, something- Performance. Their number is 866-408-6812 or 360-604-8555.
I asked specifically if they are having the grommets and stuff produced still today and they said yes.
I bought three of them and had them over nighted to my moms work place.
I know this is great news for some of you guys! Hint hint, intercooler kits and down pipes!
the numbers come up for "body armour performance accessories" in vancouver, WA. kinda a strange marriage if you ask me. BUT if they're serious in keeping alive the kit for the IDI, I'm sure as heck not knocking it.

I'm pretty sure ATS does make a kit for our trucks but its the Aurora 2000 and different from the 085/088 non gated ones or the 093/factory turbo kits. I also heard the turbos for the 6.9/7.3 were on back order, hard to say. The customer service issues are real and its too bad. I'm glad somebody's trying to keep these things alive.

Well, the customer service thing is good to know. I have my heads out now getting rebuilt, and I was going to order their kit. Guess I'll have to see if banks still sells em.

oh ya and ive had the displeasure of dealing with them myself.i will NEVER buy another ats product or recomend them to anybody!!!-cuss if it wasnt a PITA and i still had my hole stock exhaust system i wouldve welded my stock downpipe back together and cut the ats junk up into a million little pieces so that it would fit into a shoe box and shipped it back to them with a letter demanding my money back.-cuss -cuss -cuss
is this new company making the upgrade kits as well?and if they are will they be fixing the stupid slide the downpipe in and hope it seals problem?how about the dp to the rest of the system connection?mine was butt the dp to the front pipe, seal it with a band clamp and hope it dont leak and stays together, mines leaks and slips out from time to time.800 dollars worth of junk that a 2 year old couldve designed better.-cuss -cuss

This is great news.... Ive been wanting to get the larger outlet housing and downpipe for my install. And now with the lack of groumets, I think I will get a couple of each. Will call them tomorrow. Thanks for your hard work on the phone.

HEY JIM!
It'll be great having you here on the board. Never figured a simple call from me would eventually lead to pulling you into this place!

Given that I bought a full set of orings, seals and gaskets for my 093 install last month, I can tell you they still have the stuff and sell it.

You can also get just about any o-rings or gaskets from a reputable supply company.

Yes they did, but I have to call BS on them carrying parts for these turbo systems.
Who do you think told me to look elsewhere for parts to service these systems? ATS, thats who. On one especially heated conversation with one of the service guys at ATS, they mentioned Jims company had purchased everything for these kits, and that I should go to him to get my parts.
ATS dont want squat to do with us.
By all means if you can get them to actually do something for you and you like them then keep buying from them. But I've had 5 too many run ins with their crappy service dept.

On another note, I wouldnt trust any gasket or oring but that from Jims ATS service kits, or a certified Garrett turbo dealer. Just my .02.
