looked up the gauge on their website and the dial portion has single digit numbers so that’s probably only what the x100 is for. The digital says “quick glance” reading so seems it just gives you the first two digits. Kind of cool I suppose once you get used to it? But I agree it’s slightly odd.

Have been looking at gauges myself and have seen the dual dial and digital gauges from other manufacturers so maybe this is a common feature?
Yep , so I’m not sure what my 16 is showing me since needle has still barely moved

160°c is about right for a warm engine at idle....
Yes, I figured out I was looking at 160 degrees, not 1600! I don’t know what I was thinking at first , the gauge is a 0 to 1500 degree gauge and the needle is sitting just over 1 so that would be 160!! Thank you all for the help and getting me to think further into it. It freaked me out at first when I seen the 16 and it says x 100! Well 16 x100 is 1600! And that was at idle
