i did bleed the lines part of why it cranked so much. also usually it does but i havent seen any smoke yet
No smoke from the tailpipe means no fuel. No wonder it will not fire off.

Doesn't bubbles from the glow plugs indicate that they aren't sealing, and so you're losing compression? Might be getting fuel, but not getting enough compression to ignite it.
i thought of that and checked it several times but looks good just changed the oil not too long ago still looks normal.. the glow plugs had bubbles around them on a few occasions when ive had leaks and all of those times it ran fine. i only mentioned that to show i have compression. i havent gotten to jump start it today and try it but i did notice last night that that main engine harness wasent pushed in all the way which means the pump wasent getting power. my question though wouldnt i not have fuel leaking out of the caps or mabye becasue it wasent building enough pressure to pop the injectors the lower pressure fuel has no where to go but out the return and uped the pressure a bit? idl just spit balling here. I got a pack of the mc master car o-rings and some white lithum grease im going to carefully install them and re install caps after checking them... fingers crossed wish me luckNot just "condensing"...
If the compression is low enough, the fuel will simply be shuffled right on through as fuel. There would be no smoke.
OP... Pull the dipstick and smell for fuel. You won't necessarily smell it. But if you do, it's a pretty good indication the fuel is simply washing past the rings as well.
