Factory dipstick tube.

I have looked for countless hours online and I cannot find a dipstick TUBE for this thing... Anybody have any suggestions or know of a decent aftermarket?

That would work. Got a hole rubbed in mine from a head bolt

I bought one years ago now from UHAUL truck parts. Might check them out, parts I've purchased from them are factory original replacement stuff.

It must have been bent pretty good for a head bolt to rub a hole in it.

Patch the hole with a piece of pipe cut in half the long way and your mig welder.
