E40d with blinking o/d light

Hey guys I have an issue with the o/d light flashing the truck shifts fine but is an bit sluggish when I get on the gas...my tach is working finally since i had to replace the tcm from an intermittent tcm

Fixed the issue code came up for the rear speed sensor on the rear axle
