I'd like to get one fairly cheap as I don't know if it will actually help me. I'm sitting an idi in my 78 and I'm worried its going to hit the front differential.

I think you need the exhaust manifold also.

This is getting complicated. Would that mess up my turbo kit? Engine mount on that side?

The passenger side motor mount is the different one on a van.

The header and manifold are different however. They both slant toward the back of the van unlike the truck that both point straight down.

The medium duty idis have the van style headers also if I remember correctly.
