I just got off the phone with an engineer at Isspro. Seems my oil pressure gauge has been working when it wants to and laying down when it wants to. Also the coolant temp gauge has been gaining temp as if the engine is slowly heating up. This happened a few mothas ago. I just got on surface streets from the freeway. saw the temp reach 210... Felt something was happening. It suddenly cooled back down. Then a few days later it started going up. You could watch the climb. As it reached 220 it suddenly dropped way past 240. Pointed straight down off the gauge bouncing around. Then jumped back to 195 an stayed there. So this engineer tells me the oil gauge sender sometimes take a set area where they work or don't. If the pressure goes up the fail or if the pressure drops they fail. But they have a place where they work but you have no control over it... Not a good thing on the dash. The coolant temp gauge is the signal amplifer box. So the cost to me is going to goodwill...

I have no reason for this but in these days I sure feel they are doing a good thing for me. I have bought plenty from them in the past. I know I have replaced my 6 gauges twice now. Some were because I didn't feel good about hot engine oil under the dash. I now run all electric gauges. I once ran all mechanical....
