have a source for WMO that is mostly from diesel engines catapillars and other big equipment.
I read that this will contain more soot, i filter down to .5 microns.

How much dirtier is it than gas WMO?

Are there any other issues with running diesel WMO?

I get most of my WMO from diesel railroad track maintenance equipment. It does seem a lot "Dirtier" than WMO from gassers. I'm also lucky enough to get used hydraulic fluid from the same place, and it seems to thin the WMO down quite well! I then filter it down to 5 microns.

As long as there's no contaminates in it (water, etc..) it burns great for me!
