Truck runs great. previous owner put a gm 6.2 diesel motor and 700r4 trans in it. they put the gear selector on the floor so the one on the column is only there to make you mad every time you grab it. They also have a fuel cell located in the bed so it has 3 fuel tanks. I have no idea on mileage and it has brakes but could probably use some attention. My cell is 219-608-2 four 1 four. call anytime day or night BUT TEXT IS BEST.

I like the 6.2 and would prefer it over a 6.5 if i was building a Chevy; but that's a big piece of FORD for 150 hp to push around. Thing must be a slug. Plus that 700r4 tranny, friend of mines just went out halfway between here and phoenix this morning. No signs of failure, no loss of fluid, nothing. Those things are horrible. I wasnt around to know if they were great originally but now that they are all rebuilt they don't seem to last.

The only 700R4 that I've had failed miserably....behind a stock 350 in a 92 K1500.
