What to look for in a used turbo?

Going to look at a used turbo this weekend (Hypermax pulse if that matters) and I am curious what kinds of things should I be looking for when checking out the turbo itself, as well as the rest of the components. This is a fairly complete kit with pipes and all. First order of business will be to ensure everything is there, or at least figure out what is not there. But in terms of quality of the turbo, besides cracks, what else should I be looking for?

figure on a rebuild. Look for nicks in the wheels, and the turbo I did for WMO, looked fine and the turbine was melted where you couldnt see it.
