What size fuel line for return line?

Which one? The ones between the injectors or the ones to the tanks?

Main returns are 5/16.

The ones between the injectors are either 1/4 or 3/16 depending on year. I "THINK" 92 is probably 1/4". You'll regret just trying to replace one between the injectors though. Once you touch them they usually all start to leak.

I'll second that. Just plan on replacing all of the injector return lines and o-rings at the same time unless they haven't been on very long.

The hose between injectors, have one leaking. The others have been replaced about a year back .

You can try it. I believe the caps that have the barbs centered are 3/16" and the caps that have the barbs offset on the side are 1/4".

If the caps leak after you're done try coating the o rings with grease. Might save you replacing them if they leak from being disturbed.

I'm pretty sure this is right. Unfortunately I can't go outside and check since the truck I drove home tonight has spark plugs.
