what kind of gas mileage are u guys getting?

I keep a notebook in my truck and record my fuel usage... so far, on average, I have been getting 14.7 MPG averaged over about 15 fill-ups.

I am REALLY hoping that the ZF5 gets me up into the high teens (18-19 would be great)

If I can't get up into that range, I might regear it.

numbers are fairly consistant, and vary less then .5mpg with 2500 lbs of stone in the bed.

mine aint too bad. from pheonix to wichita i got around 19-22. in town its more like 13 i got a heavy right foot and my idle is a bit higher then it should be

I like mine, it dosen't care if I'm abusing the tires at every corner, just cruzing at 60, or haulin down the freeway (75-peg depending on traffic) it gets 16 MPG +/- 0.5 weather I'm loaded or not.

17mpg from Oregon to Texas driving 65-70mph. The worst I have gotten was 14.5mpg I believe, towing a boat to the coast and back. The best was 19.7mpg. I need an overdrive.

I've only bothered to check a few times. Got 11 driving like an *******. Got 12.5 shifting at 2500. Got 14 shifting @ 2K. Once I get it back on the road I'm gonna drive it like an old lady and see how she does, shifting at 1500.
