What clear hose material is rated for diessel?

I am looking to replace my black rubber fuel hose that feed the lift pump and the filter head I bought from auto zone with clear hose. I am not sure what hose material is rated for diesel, I have done some research and i have found that nylon is ok for diesel; but i can not find any clear nylon hose. The black rubber hose I bough fit losely on the all the fittings, I tightend down the hose clams pretty goo but i think air is still getting in.I am pretty sure the hose is 3/8 but I am going from memory i will check when i get home. I have the electric carter fuel pump, so I am going from the metal line that supplied the lift pump to the electric pump and then from the eletric pump to the filter head.
