I know there is no “stock” intercooler.
Just knocking for ideas.
It’s damn hot down here. 100 to 120F over the peak of summer.
So, definitely wanna keep aircon, and looking at an ally rad.
The van will be working pretty hard in that sorta heat, especially offroad, soft beaches etc

Was thinking maybe custom shaped rad, deeper and shorter to accommodate tranny and turbo coolers underneath…

Move everything back closer to the fan… probably need to find about 4 to 5 inches.

Anyone who swapped to electric fans gain any space?

Fit a cooler in a humungous hood scoop … Mad Max styles…

Yea... check out my intercooler project that I did. I started with an electric fan conversion using two fans from 3.8L Ford Taurus's and an upgraded Alternator. This allowed me to move the rad back enough to fit the intercooler I wanted in there. Should be quite the project on a van!
