Uhaul IP

well i got my uhaul ip installed on my truck the other week. so far the truck idles way better...no more surging and just generally runs better.

however now it boosts later...i cant push the EGT's like i did before and the overall psi is a bit lower....i still need our timing guru here to give it his touch

and i need to turn up the fuel as well...

Be nice to know what engine you have, just put it in your sig.

Timing a new/different IP is the normal routine after installing one. With the U-haul IP and a turbo, turn up the fuel a couple of flats before timing. After timing you'll see a heck of a difference.

i get mel to do it at the rally. its not running to bad right now.. but turning up the fuel is my main priority. it wont smoke at all at the moment.

Just for oldbull8: 1988 F250 Ext cab 4x4 7.3L w/ Banks Sidewinder. ZF 5-speed 3.55 gears 4" straight piped exhaust.

Only those that are ashamed of there engine don't post it. Nice set up.
