Hey all I have an 89 f-250 4x4 with all the mods listed in signature and I have finally realized i have no use for a diesel anymore, just switched all the fluids over to synthetic 1,000 miles ago(Schaeffers oil) if interested let me know

1989 F-250 7.3L Turbo Diesel, 4x4, Dana 80 front, Sterling 10.25" rear, ZF-5, 1356 Bog Warner T-case, Aurora 2000 turbo kit, custom intake, dual 4' 5" stacks, 4.10 gears.....

UM PICTURES of the DANA 80 Front Diff:eek: and where on earth did you Get it? What is it out of Originally? Please tell me:rolleyes: I gotta know where to get one instead of a puny Dana 60! It's either that or Rockwells!:love: cookoo

I at first thought it was a dana 60 until i went to replace the ball joints and a guy who did a lot of mudding and rock crawling told me it was a dana 80 front, i've been told they only went to dana 70 fronts, I swapped the dual front hubs for single rear wheel hubs, the front axle on my truck is a beast, i was told the axle came from an 86 f-350 truck that used to be a maintence truck for the mall of america and had 60k original miles on it, the lower ball joints are 1-5/16" wide i had a hell of a time replacing them, that is how i found out the axle was bigger than a dana 60
