truck died and wont start

my buddy has a 93 1st gen cummins with standard trans. his fuse box falls out of place sometimes and he was in line at arbys and pushed the box back into place and the truck died he towed it back home and looked every where cant find the problem. everytings that u dont need the key for works but everything u need the key for doesnt radio ignition etc. please help dont know what happened thanks

I would think He blew a fuse or shorted a hot wire with out one? Does the IP get 12v ? I would be looking for this signs.

yep when it fell and was pushed back either something shorted to ground or became unhooked... by the sounds of it he will be digging in a rats nest which is never fun...
