I found this meter on ebay and this is the meter display you want to see. you do not want the red display meters because those displays are no longer made and when the repair shop is run out of them you have a broken meter that can't be repaired. how long will a meter with red display last. Nobody really knows but having something that can't be repaired is something only you can say is worth something. This meter has the luminosity probe harness but no lumi probe. It also has 2 clamps and clamp harness sets too. the black handle probe is the mag probe. Appears to be a nice meter but the price would be better at $250.00 plus shipping. A person could offer that amount too. Now if a member got this meter they will still have to fab a wrench for the injection pump nuts and the pump turning tool. Of contact Jason at Terrapin Mfg to make a tool. Many of my meters rented have his tool in the kit. They are a great tool too. I think they are around $40.00. Not a bad price considering on the factory tool lists on ebay for usually $200.00 plus.. Way to much for that..

Thanks Al. I forgot to remember.. Sounds odd but its true. As I was posting it here I was thinking where to post it.. Just got things on my mind guess. I have noticed they have been moved to the "new" local. Might have been a good idea to make a posting about this new addition to our great forum. Now to retrain my mind to use it... but someone gets to play... "Move it" too. Yes.. Its tuff to change but its got to be done. Just think if we became an overnight millionaire. Going food shopping one could say to themselves.. "Gee.. I can buy all this cheese".....

Gary, where are you getting your replacements for the green VFD display? (like the one you just posted) Cuz mine has that display, only the 100's digit is burned out on the RPM side. I've spent a year, more off than on, trying to find a replacement. Itron, the company that made the display, discontinued them a LONG time ago. Everyone I've talked to is out of them.

Does anyone know the seller? How much of a chance are we taking that it is broken? Thanks
