Finished my front tank fill mods and what a job it turned out to be... I couldn't find a 90 fitting with 3/4 inch npt on one side and 1/2 inch barb on the other side.. So I used a 1/2x3/4 bushing brass and a 1/2nptx1/2 barb. I ground off the 3/4 inch threads but left 3 on the bottom side so it would thread into the rollover tank rubber grommet. Some rtv on it and all is fine. Ran the 1/2 inch fuel hose from the rollover location on top of the tank up to the fill spout where I had silver soldiered in a 3/4 street 90. Now to go and test it....

A free weekend with out any "projects" to finish. Or one where I'm not needing to go to work unexpectedly.:D

I'll do it, but I guess the hardest part it actually starting the thing. I want to do one on adding a York for on-board air as well. Maybe this fall/winter.

This is the route I went with mine. I pulled the bed and took care of a few other things at the same time.;Sweet

I'm in the process of doing the above^^^^

Its frustrating. Mine will only take a gallon and it'll stop.
