I'm taking a T19 out of a bucket truck that I'm parting. Nice thing is the cab is off. So, does the hydraulic actuator unbolt from the bell housing? Should I take the tanny off bell housing and all or should I unbolt the trans then the bell housing?

On mine the slave cylinder is held into the mount on the bellhousing by a big spring-clip. Stick a flat-blade screwdriver under it and pry it open a little and it will slide off of the mount.

As for the rest of it, I pulled mine by separating the tranny from the bellhousing. The T-19 is heavy enough to deal with, even without the bellhousing attached.....
