Well i have just replaced the E4OD with a Alisson AT545 and i would like to know if anyone knows where to find a t-case adapter so i can put my truck back to 4x4. i have a local machine shop that can make the shaft but if there is one available then it may be the better way to go. The reason i replaced the E4OD is because i have blown up 2 so fare and they where supposed to be able to handle the towing i do but obviously not. Anyone with any feedback on this please respond . Thanks in Advance

I would try to find a NP205 Divorced case from a mid 70's high boy Ford, as I too have thought about utilizing an allison 545. I am not aware of an adapter to utilize a stock t-case. If you use a divorced t-case, worst you have to do is make some cross-member mounts and maybe have the drive shafts remade.
