t-19?

is taking a 2wd t-19 and creating a 4wd t-19 as simple as unbolting the tail cone from the the 2x4 trans, and installing the 208 from behind a 4x4 trans?

Maybe cuz those components aren't found in Med duty trucks.
I'd bet more on the tail cone, and the tail shaft. Most of the time the splines are different.

I believe the mainshaft has to be changed to a shortened version...never done a T19, but have several others (T86 for one).
