Suspect IDM issue

94.5 body, idm110, mle1 pcm
7.3, zf5, 4x4

Truck will rev out in neutral; but no power to accelerate; will idle up to speed if you let it.

FORScan buzz test says injectors 5/7 high to low issue.

So I moved the 1/3 pigtail to 5/7 and vice versa; still says 5/7 issue. If the 5 pin uvch connector was the issue, then it should've followed and now said 1/3 is bad since the 5/7 connector is now on 1/3.

So I flipped the UVCH completely; and put 5/7 back where it goes and 1/3 back where it goes; so if the issue is in the harness at 5/7 then the issue should now be at 1/3 since the harness has been flipped.

Issue is still 5/7.

Means my IDM 5/7 is bad, yeah?

Does it run smoothly, no missfire, during the time it has no power?
Has the ecm been swapped to a newer one that you can datastream?

The two prior IDM problems (failures) I encountered were total non-start situations. Swapped another IDM in to test.

Sounds like an idm to me. Do you have a spare you can send to diesel tech for one of his remanned ? I bought one of his high free high voltage for my e99.
