I tried this clutch out of curiosity to see the abuse it can take since it’s in the “performance” category and cheap.

I put it on a 130cc truck.

Install quality - looked fine, comparable to Luk, nothing specific to note.

Normal operation - it’s noisier than other SMF kits I’ve tried. I had an intermittent metallic grinding sound in the beginning. I pulled the trans fork off and greased things again and pretty much went away. I had a few other intermittent sounds of it’s nature it seems that didn’t affect atleast it’s short term operation but were unique to it compared to expectations.

Thrashing it - it slips at 22lbs of boost

Overall - I give it neutral recommendation. Not good or bad. If you are in a pinch and budget and luk is out of stock it can be a good option. I don’t know the power I’m putting down at 22psi but it’s certainly a good deal over it’s intended rating.
