Stupid mistake ...

I was adjusting my tps yesterday and forgot to turn the ignition off when I was finished. I went out a few minutes ago and it is completely dead. I'm worried that I may have screwed something up .. Glow plugs and IP come to mind.

i would think that if your glow plug controller is working properly it should have shut the plugs off before you were even done adjusting the TPS. so burning out glow plugs should not be an issue.

But wouldn't it cycle on and off alllll night?

hmmm, that is a good question. i'm not sure.

It shouldn't have, afaik, the gp controller we have will only cycle once per key on.

The GPC will cycle on and off for a few seconds then shut off. Everything should be fine.

Awesome! ! I was seriously not looking forward to changing glow plugs with this turbo and definitely don't want to pull the turbo to get to them.
