Well i picked up a banks stinger 3" exhaust and intake deal for 50$. Really i just needed exhaust. But i was reading banks manual and i guess i can turn up the pump a hair. So before i do that i ordered some gauges. And i have a few questions related to them. First is the pyro location on the banks exhaust good enought(right behind the y pipe)? also what are the best places to locate tranny temp and oil pressure senders? Thanks for the help

Trent,

To get EGT numbers that everyone can relate to the probe should be in the exhaust pipe as close to the exhaust manifold as you can conveniently get it, right behind the flange. It doesn't matter what side you pick. From that location 1250 degrees is a safe upper limit.
