Sticky note section in the WMO section, of wmo junk

How hard would it be to put a section in the WMO area, of junk that we filter out or is blended into wmo.
For reference on future wmo processing for everyone.
Kinda like the tech articles in the 7.3 IDI section.
Thought it might help someone identify really really bad stuff.
(I know for some wmo is really really bad stuff)

Could a person add to it from time to time??
For instance if someone uses a lot of waste hydraulic oil and gets a pic of something I've never seen, then add it to the list of pics.
Identification of all this stuff could be the tricky part.
