I have a solid rear window in my pickup with 2 5" stacks. So im not sure about the smell in the cab.. But i can tell you with both my IDI and my cummins that my tailgate is always covered in black little dots haha...doesnt really bother me but just something to look forward too

x2 on the soot on your bed. I get lil spots on the sides of my bed if it rained the night before from the water in my stacks. doesnt bother me either. I knew what I was gettin into. Plus its a truck that gets dirty and sometimes I dont clean it for months. I like my truck better when its all muddy and nasty hehe

Im gonna get the miter cut rain caps for mine. Never seen them on dual stacks before only singles that the cummins guys use. I found the rain caps for like 90 a piece at some chrome shop. cheapest so far. iowa 80 wanted like 124 a piece!
