Speedometer off

I swapped 4 speeds, the factory that was behind the 460 for a 4 speed from a 6.9. My speedo was right on prior to swap. Now it is about 7 or 8 mph off at 70, it read slow. I have tried a couple different gears and have been able to change it but not to correct.

Anyone have any ideas?
