When I am stopped for a long period of time or not moving very fast such as traffic I get wisps of smoke comeing out from under the hood from there the windshield wipers are hidden under the edge of the hood there. Any ideas of what that may be?? It almost appears to be blow by but I don't know from where though. Also when driving at night it also appears to be comeing from behind the headlights, the same source I believe. Well thoughts and ideas appreiciated.

Take a look at your crankcase breather hose. I'll bet that something's cracked or loosened up. Also, have you pulled the air cleaner housing recently? There's an oil return line that goes from the bottom of the housing (near the center, where the oil separator is) down to the oil pan. There's a nipple on the housing going into the metal line that's easy to not locate properly when you install the air cleaner housing. If the nipple isn't in the metal line, you'll get a blowby leak (and an oil leak) from the nipple.

Just a few things to check out :)
