No. The ebp sensor is probably fried.

Just for s&g's, have you tried plugging it in?

I would do a oil change with a quality oil. Synthetic preferred.
Some will say it's snake oil, but I would run the green label hot shots secret.

Also could you get a video of a hot and cold start?

Also I would remove the IPR, clean and replace the orings.

this truck will be getting picked up soon and it still has a long cranking time. I took a video of it and it cranks for a full 5 sec until it fires, that's at about 70* temp. is there any other way to upload a video besides you-tube.

Usually injectors. That's why I recommended the hot shots secret sticking eliminator/injector cleaner.
At 70, you shouldn't need the glow plugs to run.

The less likely thing would be the hpo system draining down. Which could be injector orings, oil rail plugs, cracked front cover, bad check valve. But you would usually have other symptoms besides just a slow start.
