I ditched mine entirely, so I know which wire does what - here they go:
32 start ckt
16 ignition ckt
262 ignition bypass (IIRC this is spliced together with 16 on our diesels)
297 accessory 1
977 Proof 1 ckt
41 Proof 2 ckt
687 Accessory 2
37 Battery.
In "start" the continuity should be this: 41-977-ground and 37-32-262.
Run is 37-16-687-297
Off and lock get nothing
Acc is 37-297.
If you pull the connector off the ignition switch and look near the pins you'll notice that every one of them is numbered - the numbers above correspond to the pin numbers. Additionally some switches have the pins labeled with letters too, but I'm not sure if this applies to factory switches or aftermarkets, been a while since I messed with one...
