Site has been jerky and slow

Has anyone else experienced this here. Everything has been moving in slow motion for me only on this site the last couple of days. Everything has been jerky, can't ever find the damn curser. I finally just give up and log out. I have cleared cookies, emptied temp files and all that. I visit at least two other VB sites and have not had this problem anywhere else this week.
