If I'm not mistaken this is one of the new sending units we can modify and use on our diesel trucks? I have seen pictures that our 2-prong plug fits the 4-prong gasser plug just fine and that we just need to appropriately extend the pickup tubes etc. I'm mainly just making sure the gauge reading would work because I know that there were some differences among body styles. This is going in my 1994.

Thanks

all depends on the size of the tank.
i have a 33 gal tank from a 89 F350 gasser,
using the same sending unit, with the pick up extended, works great!
