Reverse light wiring

Ok fella's, I was under the truck trying to find the wire that goes into the tranny for the reverse lights cause for some reason mine decided to take a little hiatus from its spot there. So now I need to track it down and find it and plug in er back in cause I really need reverse lights. Can anyone tell me where this wire is running from, back of the truck, front, ect? It would be a lot of help, thanks

It should be two very skinny wires that are sort of joined together, kinda orangish-rusty-colored if I remember correctly.

A dime-sized roundish two-pin plug should be on the end.

Left side of truck, between the transmission and inner frame-rail.

If the wires just came loose, they should be hanging down very obvious.

Thats the thing, they are nowhere to be found...

Maybe long enough to back up over and rip out maybe? Hopefully I find them
