Long story short, been going through the gauntlet of diagnostics, but truck is in a bad spot, trying to move it across the yard. Has strong reverse, no codes through FORScan, good trans fluid level, color and smell. In 1, 2, and D it will weakly move forward in idle, but adding throttle stops it in it's tracks. Back to idle it tries to move until it hits a bump or brakes are applied or throttle applied. I tried manually commanding gears in D and 1 by jumping the ground of solenoid 1 to the battery. 12.7v at the pcm power wire. Truck off can hear the solenoid click when ground is jumped (trans harness disconnected in both instances, used long leads from battery to the PCM power wire pin and sol. 1 wire to prevent any back feeding)
Do I have a severe internal mechanical problem or do I need to pull the pan off and start looking for hydraulic pressure issues?
