Well 12-15 is a little lose for me but I would go with 12 at the most just harden them gear before doing drive at different speeds for 30 to 45 mins let cool then they are harden.

That's how I wanted mine to look, little closer to the toe and a little deeper but everyone I showed said it was a good pattern

I wish my coast was a little bit more to the toe. But I'm running .010 shim factory came with a .025 shim. I am going from 3.73 to 4.11 I think if I go bigger ir will be no shims.

I used the same shim thickness that came off the factory pinion and it put me dead on. Got lucky. I have a bunch of shims left over, do you want me to see if I have any under .010?

No it will be fine I'm going to run it like that it's a healthy pattern for drive coast it can be alittle different. I know no shim make it go all the way across might try that and get the back lash right. Working on it late at night make for mistakes when your tried.

Anyone know if a 10.25 will bolt in a 75 f250? Buddy was wondering if spring perches and shock mounts were the same width

What I found says you do but if he was going to make it worth it all. Go with disc brakes it would be awesome.

He already has a drum 8x6.5 10.25. Both him and I wanted a disk 10.5 but the bolt pattern made up our mind for us.

For the record, my truck drug his backwards when we chained them together lol. He's running a 460 c6

FINALLY making more progress. Loan money ran dry and over time was scarce at work but tonight I placed the order for new inner and outer Timkin wheel bearings and races, national wheel seals and pinion yoke repair sleeve. Also the other can of por 15 I've needed to do the other coat

Got the pinion repair sleeve on, seal installed, and new nut locktited on. Just need shoes, wheel cylinders, and the conversion ujoint and she's ready to go in. Do you guys know if my existing e brake cables will work or should I get a set for the 94 axle?
