no problem about the Q's
1 its about 1/2 gallon
2 the vent bung off of a 55 gallon drum its a SOB to fill but a small funnel works good
3 yes its water tite when i was fabing it up it leaked but i just filled it with water found my pin holes marked them and welded them up it was pretty simple
