I have a local shop, here in Germany, who will brass in a new copper net, for 750€.
I am pretty confident that will do good work. Oldschool shop, they do nothing else than radiator building.

So go there and ask them to take action. Price is also very reasonable.

That is my suggestion as well. Get your radiator re cored locally.

Honestly, that is what I would do, as well.

Have it rebuilt.

This way, you have someone local to take it back to, if they do it somehow wrong.
