That is a big relief, i wasn't sure how it would effect the seals in the turbo, having the oil lines hooked up, with full oil pressure, but no air flow.

And i didn't want to take the chance of not hooking up the oil lines until the up pipes were installed, and me having to leave the truck and pick it up later, only to find out they fired her up and drove her outta the bay and around the parking lot, and fried my turbo

I'd like to thank everyone (especially Mel and everyone at conestoga) for their replies, and help.
I will defiantly keep y'all posted on my progress, and hopefully not regress [emoji13]

Are you interested in taking chances with your turbo after working on it??? These things spin in excess of 120,000 rpm. Thats 2000 rpm per second. Balancing in done to well less than a gram. Post what you tried out and the results.
I am sure your right but somehow I can not imagine anything turning at 2,000 revolutions per second. Keith
