I need some quick help if you guys don't mind. I am an IDI guy, and know little about "late model stuff".
A customer of mine is looking to buy an '04 F350 Powerstroke. He's a contractor buying it off another contractor. I hear certain year 6.0s are better than others, and have certain issues to look out for. He wants to pull the trigger today, so I don't have a lot of time to research. If there are any threads that cover this stuff in a "6.0s for Dummies" way, I'd gladly take 'em.
What should he look for? What questions should he be asking (about maintenance, failures, etc)?
