I have seen tie rod ends listed on ebay, jc whitney, LMC, ad Rock auto, they are all priced about the same but I wondering about brand quality, I know moog is a good brand along with reysbestos but im wondering about the lessor know brands. Any coments are welcome. Thanks.

Any of them will do unless you're building a recovery vehicle, a rock crawler, or something else where it would be used heavily. Me and my dad use autozone and car quest parts. I think that's mostly Duralast. They usually have different grades, so just get the most expensive one if you're worried about quality.
